About the Work
Yoshimori Tomioka works in painting and photography. The paintings take 〈Human and Machine〉 as their theme and the photographs 〈Continuity〉, dealing with the order of information that runs through the self, society and matter. Through the accumulation of drawn lines and the act of observation, the work fixes on the picture the process by which order is generated and updated.
