Frequently asked questions about buying works, prices, commissions and solo exhibitions.
- Where can I buy works?
- Original paintings from 2025 and earlier can be bought through the online shop (BASE). Works from 2026 onward (No.131 and later) are sold only at solo exhibitions. Photographs are generally not sold in the online shop, but photographs on display at solo exhibitions are for sale.
- How much do works cost?
- Prices are set by size, and the price range differs between works from 2025 and earlier and works from 2026 onward. See the Price page for details. Every work is one of a kind, and all prices include tax.
- I would like to buy a work from 2026 onward.
- They are available at solo exhibitions. The next is the solo exhibition 〈 RESONANCE — Interference and Continuity 〉 (11–13 December 2026, DESIGN FESTA GALLERY EAST 203, Harajuku). See Upcoming for dates, venue and access.
- Can I request a commission or a live painting?
- Commissions and live painting are accepted after we have discussed the details. Please see Commissions to get in touch.
- Can I buy art books?
- Art books of paintings and photographs are available. Some are sold in the online shop, and they can also be bought at solo exhibitions.
- How do payment and delivery work?
- The online shop (BASE) accepts a range of payment methods. For works sold at an exhibition, the work is handed over at the venue during the exhibition, and payment can be made in cash or with PayPay. If you cannot collect at the venue, the work can be sent by post at a later date, within Japan only.
- Can I buy photographs?
- Photographs are generally not sold in the online shop, but photographs on display at solo exhibitions are for sale. For publication and other enquiries, please use Contact.
